What was the highlight of Noru Hotel Malta
When I return to Malta, I will go to this accommodation again.
Very clean hotel, with excellent access and very modern. All the rooms have a desk to work at, office supplies and even the toiletries are good. Very friendly staff. The pool area is small, but quiet and relaxing. The breakfast area is very good and excellent for those working remotely. A good, varied breakfast with options such as oat milk and lots of fruit.
At night, there should be someone checking the noise in the corridors, because I had to wake up twice to ask the guests not to talk in the hallway.

Great stay in central location
Great location , as a newer property you can tell that they are making every effort. When I booked my room I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine and I messaged them before my arrival to request Red wine as I don't drink white and they had this already in my room. Though I did have to ask for a corkscrew from reception. There are large bottles of shower amenities in bathroom , mine had been topped up with water and then separated into one half water and one half shower gel which meant I topped the water out to get to the gel !. The TV was a challenge to understand how to get it to work , in fact i saw the reception team in the lobby showing people how to do it when a simple instruction guide in the room would be better. The breakfast was OK , luckily for me I was only there 3 days so it was fine for my short stay. I didn't make use of the spa/ pool facilities. The balcony was fine, looking over the busy street below, was warned on check in not to close the door behind me otherwise I would be trapped outside, The room was lovely and well appointed ( I booked a superior double) and had great working AC and Wifi. The room was clean and spacious , I was on the 6th floor and you notice the lovely fragrance as you exit out of the lift. Would definitely stay here again on a short trip.
If I could say one negative is there is way too much plastic in the room , whilst they have a sustainability notice about the towels , they should follow in the footsteps of most conscious hotels and if you need a razor, ear bud, shoe horn, cotton pads, sewing kit, tooth brush, tooth paste , etc etc just have them available from reception rather than two sets of everything that people just end up taking or trashing. This will keep the cost down to be able you to not fill up the shower gel with water - much better !

Would recommend
The staff was outstanding. On my last day I had to work from the hotel before leaving and didn’t have a charger. The manager working on Aug 20 was soo helpful and saved my day, so I worked in the lobby while I was waiting for our ride back to arrive. The beds were definitely unusually comfortable, was tough getting out of bed. The breakfast was also manifold, there was something for everyone.
The water temp in the pool downstairs was a bit chilly.

Overall, everything was good, the breakfast , the pools, the bar had amazing drinks, professional staff and the room was
I loved that the location was so close to the paceville party place. And that the hotel was so good looking feom the inside and outside. Has an amazing view when eating breakfast en rooftop swimming pool.
I only didnt like the construction sounds in the morning…. But it happened only ones during my stay
